The Midnight Zone
Background
The project is a visual recreation of a news article using icons, chosen color pallet, music, and typography.
Idea
The chosen article for the animation was Bringing the Ocean’s Midnight Zone Into the Light by Annie Roth. This article was about the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s new midnight marine life exhibit. Using the information from the article, I chose deep-sea marine life icons to animate, blue and tan color pallet, a san serif font, and calming music.
